Pokemon: Conflicting the Backgrounds (Private for me and Asterisk*)

Amy looked at the large shell, hoping for a promising find. When she looked in she would find a watermelon sized pearl, which was quite impressive, however the luster was a bit dimmer than could be hopeful, but the shape was very impressive as it was spherical meaning it could fetch a pretty great price. She nodded her head at that pearl before feeling the need to rise back to the surface for some air rush over her.

Christine nodded as she grabbed the large shell and Amy in a telekinetic grip and shot to the surface with their finds and Amy. She then floated over to Amy's spot on the lake's edge.

"HAH!" Amy gasped as she made it back to the surface. "Thanks Christine." she said swimming over to the ledge and getting out and sitting on the grass to take a closer look at the pearls.

Elec got up from his laying position and made his way over to check on Amy and the new gardvoir inspecting her with his nose to make sure she was okay to be around.

Christine smiled as she set down the shells on the grass next to Amy as she levitated her stuff over to her ans dried off.

"Okay let's look." amy said opening up the shells and taking out her finds. "Now this is an impressive pearl." she said holding up the large pearl and finding out the there was dirt, and shadows from the lake bed that had dimmed it and with a good cleaning it would be a lot shinier. "Thanks again Christine." she said happily looking around for a rag to clean the pearl not bothering about her nudity or the fact that she was still dripping wet.

Mary came over with a rag from the pack Marcus gave Amy and handed it to her friend and new partner.

Christine smiled as she sat on her beach towel and opened her book, 'One-Thousand and One Arabian Nights'. "Not a problem Dearie. I must say, you have a good eye for quality Lake Pearls. I'm merely assuming however, that Oceanic pearls from Clamperl and ocean-going Cloyster and Shellder are of a higher quality."

"Thanks Mary." Amy said taking the rag and starting to rub the dirt off of the pearls. "Actually they are a lot better." she explained getting the smaller pearl clean first. "My parents have a place in Undella town we usually go to int the summers, and they have tons of great pearls, even better than these." she said getting the tangerine sized pearl nice and clean. "Clamperl's generally have nicer pearls too, even if a cloyster's tends to be bigger." she finished off before moving on to the next pearl. "Plus my mom explained to me how pearls worked when I was young. You know she has a gardevoir too." she added offhandedly.

Christine smiled. "Really Now? Old Man Zimern told me He used to Travel the world and used to go diving in Unova and the Orange Islands." She said as she looked at the shells. "You know, the Shellder shells you have can make good toboggans for Winter areas. Not that Hoenn gets much Snow with our Tropical location and Mount Chimney." She added.

"Is that how you learned to dive?" Amy asked starting to shine the watermelon sized pearl. "Yeah I didn't figure there would be much snow. I hear there is a cave though where it's all icy, and one of the elite four here is an ice-type specialist." she shivered slightly from not havign dried herself off.

Christine frowned as she set her book to the side and used her towel to gently dry Amy off. "You poor dear. Why didn't you dry off? You'll catch a death of cold." She said as she wrapped the beginner trainer in the towel. "As for your question, I was born and raised here. I'm only 16 by Human standards, while I'm considered an Adult in the eyes of my species. I learned to swim from Old Man Zimern teaching me when i was merely 7 and a Kirlia, at this lake in fact. He also taught me how to Pearl Hunt using my powers to make it easier to leave the shells intact." She explained as Mary took the horms from the new shells Amy and Christine Brought up.

"Oh, um thanks." Amy said holding onto the towel for warmth. "Ah, I see." she said going to make her way over towards Windrider to dry off faster by his fire. "That's interesting that you're already considered an adult. Psychic pokemon tend to live a very long time."

Christine shrugged. "It's merely that I have reached the final stage of my Evolution, and that's just how my species does things. Other Psychic types tend to guard their secrets pretty jealously, at least in my experience talking to the few who passed through the farm. I even got chewed out by some Snooty Metang one time. Not fun trying to listen to a compound mind yelling at you." She said as she gently cleaned the Watermelon-sized Lake Pearl.

"I can come close, I've an alakazam, and a gardevoir scolding me simultaneously. I thought I was going to have a migraine." Amy giggled happy that Christine was fairly open. "So what do you do on Old man Zimern's farm?" she asked curiously assuming she was ne of the one's that tended the berries, but not sure if she had seen her the other day.

Christine smiled as she passed the Pearl to Amy with the rag. "I'm usually tending to the Dry Berries like Chesto and Bluk Berries, but i also go into town to do shopping for him. He's no spring-Torchic after all." She said as she looked at the hornless Cloyster shells. "What will you do with the Cloyster Shells?"

"Thanks." Amy said taking the pearls and putting them in her sack. "I guess with his age he gave up on traveling?" she asked putting the pearls away. "Um, I don't have a plan but one of the ranch hands said they can use it to make stuff, like concrete." she explained stroking Elec's mane.

Christine smiled as she levitated her gown over to herself. "Would you like some help getting the shells to the Ranch dearie? I doubt your ponyta can carry your Machop and six Shellder Shells along with four Cloyster Shells." She asked as she put her gown on and packed up her towels and book.

"Uh sure I'd like that." Amy said checking and finding her clothes had dried. She went to pick up her diaper and accidentally dropped it on the ground.

Christine merely smiled. "Need some help Dearie? Old man Zimern's a grandfather and his youngest granddaughter's your age and also wears diaper due to a weak bladder." SHe offered kindly.

"Oh, um only if you want to, I mean I don't want to trouble you." Amy blushed at the offer.

Christine smiled as she gently levitated Amy and using her telekinesis, gently taped the diaper on snugly before insuring the leakguards were on the outside before dressing Amy and setting her on Windrider before Levitating the Shells. "Shall we be off then?" She asked as Mary got in the cart with the tools and the sack of pearls.

Amy blushed as the telekinetic pokemon dressed her. Once she was back on Windrider she corrected herself and nodded starting Windrider back towards the ranch while conversing some more with Christine. "Thanks, again... You're really good at that."

Christine smiled. "Old Man Zimern's Granddaughter loved when I would pick her up with Confusion, and so i adapted my diapering to suit her likes." She said as they walked the trail to the ranch with Elec by their side.

"It is surprisingly comfortable." Amy blushed when she realized that had come out of her mouth. "Er well, I mean I had a gardevoir for a nanny who used to do it like that, I had just forgotten." she explained looking down at Elec following behind keeping a look out.

Christine smiled. "Really now? Would she have happened to be your mommy's Gardevoir?" She asked as they reached the Ranch and were met by Joe and Ted. "Hello Joseph, Hello Theodore." She said, using the unfortunate Ranch Hand's full names.

"Y-yeah, she was." Amy blushed "She was also one of my tutors." she explained just ranch hands showed up.

"Ah, come on Chris you don't have to use our full names." Joe groaned rubbing the back of his neck as he used a shortened version of Christine's name.

"Hey, Amy you bring us more shells?" Ted asked seeing the shells floating by the gardivoir. "And I see you met one of old man Zimern's lovely gardevoir."
