Pokemon: Conflicting the Backgrounds (Private for me and Asterisk*)

"Are you saying it wants a fight?" Amy asked obviously knowing her manectric being a wolf was a natural predator of the mareep. She obviously took offense to the laughing as she stormed out of the form leaving her work half finished.

However, Amy was picked up and carried back into the barn by Max.

Charise smirked. "Naw. Blackie jus' seems ta be a pranksta'. He did tha same thin' ta Krysta befow." SHe said as Max plopped Amy back on the stool.

"Hey no let me go!" Amy shouted not at all happy. She crossed her arms as she was sat back down "Doesn't matter if I let Elec bite he would've really hurt Blackie."

Charise chuckled. "Aw suck it up an' get back ta work. We's still gotta feed tha growlithe puppies and Herd tha Mareep ta tha genarata's." She said as she poured her 7th bucket in the can.

"Humph." Amy pouted begrudgingly going back to work as they moved on to the third and final can for the milk. By the time Charise got through two more buckets Amy managed to finish her fourth filling it into the new can and moving on to the next miltank.

Charise groaned as she rubbed her hands as Max herded the milked Miltanks out of the barn to graze. "Ya'll almos' done Amy? I wanna get tha milk ta Ma an' have a nice cool glass o' Milk, o' maybe a smoothie if'n we's quick 'nough." She said as she capped the filled cans and carried them out to the cart.

"Almost." Amy said getting her fifth and final bucket load filled up and dumping it into the can. "There see I finished." she said wiping her brow.

Charise nodded. "Good, now cap tha can and put it in tha Cart so we can get goin'!" She said impatiently as she helped Spark and Blackie into the back of the cart.

"Okay." Amy said capping it as tightly as she could but having a lot of trouble with picking the full can up. "Help!" she whined just barely lifting the can off the ground.

Charise Chuckled as she picked the can and set it in the Cart and started Glory towards the ranch house

Amy grumbled at the girl's chuckling before gettign up on Windrider and following behind Charise.

Charise smiled as she quickly arrived at the house and Julius stowed the Milk in an Ice chest, whiled Marigold came out with some Watmel smoothies.

"Thank you." AMy said hungrily when she saw the smoothies. She started slurping up the treat quickly hoping it could energize her for the rest of the day.

Marigold smiled at Amy. "Marcus said ya'll welcome ta one o' Krysta's puppies, if'n ya'll take good care o' them." She said as Mary came out and hugged Amy around the legs.

"Um, okay." Amy said patting the machop on the head. "Uh, where do we go next?" she asked walking awkwardly from the machop hugging her legs.

Charise smiled as she unhitched the cart from Glory and got Mary to Release Amy. "Jus' follow me afta ya'll finish yer smoothie. Ya'll can eat a Figy berry if'n ya'll wan' a wake up call." She said as she finished her smoothie and mounted Glory.

"Alright." Amy said finishing her smoothie and hopping back on Windrider, getting ready to follow Charise. She reached back into her lunch box and pulled out the figy berry taking a bite of it, skin and all.

Charise smiled as she watched Amy bite into the spicy berry. That would wake her up. Charise waited for the results as she rode Glory towards a different barn than the Miltank barn.

"AH!" Amy shouted after biting the berry dropping it on the ground as she road. "Dat's no funny!" she said with her tongue sticking out of her mouth from how spicy the berry was. "What's in this barn?" she asked getting off her horse and following Charise inside.

Charise smiled at Amy. "Ya'll awake now though, righ'?" She said, opening a door to show a beautiful Arcanine letting her 6 puppies suckle on her. "Tha's Pa's Arcanine Krysta." She said as she slowly approached Krysta, letting the mother Arcanine sniff her hand before laying her head down. "Com'on in an' let her snif ya'll."

"Yeah." Amy grumbled getting off of Windrider and approaching the large arcanine. Holding her hand out, just like Charise she let Krysta sniff her.

Krysta gave Amy's hand a sniff and gave a nod at one of the smaller pups that had Pink fur rather than the typical Orange or SHiny gold coloration. Charise smiled as she did a quick check of the pup. "IT's a gal. Krysta seems ta wan' ya'll ta 'ave her." She said, standing aside as she got the growlithe food down.

"Wait, she just decided to give me her?" Amy blanched surprised at the quick selection process she clearly just went through.

Charise shrugged as she nudged Amy to the puppy. "Pa prob'ly talked ta her and gave her tha choice o' which pup ta part with." She said as she started filling the metal bowls around the barn and puppies came from all around the barn to eat.

"So she can decide to part so easily with her?" Amy wondered picking up the oddly colored Growlithe puppy. "Well she is pretty cute." she mumbled looking down at the mother arcane and back at the puppy "I guess I can take her."
