Neon quickly grabbed the baby pink pacifier, and held each pacifier in each hand, then walked over to Rina and held both up "I got them Rina-chan, i really like this pink star one, don't you?"

"Yes, I do!" she giggled just as much as Neon was. "Could you go pick out some diapers for me? That's the most important part..." she pushed her along.

"you want me...to pick the diapers...?" she looked nervous "but, i wouldn't know which ones...are the best..." she was blushing hard now "i would like your help with that...."

"Alright" Rina walked over to the diaper section with her and asked simply "what ones do you like?" She smiled and poked her in the side. (feel free to make your own)

The poke in the side got a ticklish giggle out of Neon, when it stopped she stared at the Diapers "...I'm not sure, they all look nice...What do you recommend? i trust if anyone could choose a good diaper, it is you Rina-chan"

"Alright" Rina just plucked out some extra large goodnites from the top of the shelf. The package was a girlish pink. She also got some cute size 7 pampers as well as some needed baby oil. "I think I got everything!" she got a cart to hold all the supplies.

Neon smiles "Okay, lets go pay...oh, uhm, i don't feel too good about making you pay for all of it, can i please pay half Rina-chan?" she said nervously, knowing Rina promised to pay earlier, she didn't want to put it all on her friend, when Neon knew that this was for herself.

"Yeah, that sounds fair..." Rina thought about it carefully before sounding sure. She giggled as they pushed all the items to the checkout section.

Neon took out her wallet as they walked, she reaches inside and pulled out a credit card, which she planned to use for payment " I'm very excited Rina-chan...i cant wait to get out of here so we can start....what about you?" she asked with a smile on her face

"I'm pretty exited too, Neon!" she giggled and paid for all the supplies and walked out quickly so they could get home.

Neon followed Rina, staying next to her at all times, she grabbed her hand again as they walked "is there anything else you might need, Rina-chan?" she asked, as she didn't actually know what all supplies would be needed for Babying a teenage girl.

"I think that I've got everything I need" Rina said quickly.

"Are we going to your house then?" Neon asked curiously, hoping shed get to see a home other than her own

"That's right!" she led the exited girl down the street while holding the bag of supplies.

Neon began to glow with excitement, she wanted to see Rinas house very badly. "I can't wait to see your house. i bet it is lovely"

"It's not that great though" Rina tried to lower her expectations as they made it to the door.

"It will be though, you see I've never gone to a friends home before. this is very exciting for me." she said, with the excitement obvious in her tone, she really looked forward to this.

Rina walked inside, finding her way to her own bedroom as fast as she could.

Neon looked around her room "What lovely sky blue walls, and how cute, you have clouds painted on them too? i like it. its much better than my bland boring room"

"True true...I think I should give you a moment to get used to the place first. Do you need to pee?" She asked, deciding to un-potty train her before she started taking care of her.

Neon blushed yet again "...yes, actually...should i go use your restroom? which way is it?" she said, becoming suddenly nervous at the question.

"No. You're not aloud to use the bathroom anymore Neon!" Rina grabbed her hand to make sure she wouldn't run away. She needed her to get used to letting go without worrying about it. She wouldn't mind watching neon get desperate too.

Neon got little worried "Oh...really? well..i suppose that's fair...i think, but then, what do i do?" she asked, not sure of what Rina wanted in specific.

"Just do whatever you need to" Rina closed her bedroom door and watched her new partner squirm slightly.

Neon simply nodded, she tried not to think about it, but that was hard, and the urge to pee was getting strong, she was squirming back and fourth, and her natural instinct was to hold it in, she clamped her hands down on her girlhood and closed her eyes, trying her hardest not to turn her white cotton panties yellow.
