Hikari smiled as she packed Kira's diaper bag and put the toddler in a carseat before she started to drive.

Kira clapped her hands babyishly knowing she'll be a neko like her big sister.

Hikari smiled as she pulled up to the surgeon's office and Carried Kira inside and made an Appointment before setting Kira down for the wait. "Go play with the toys sweety."

Kira crawled happily to where the toys were playing with some letter building blocks & spelling her name.

Hikari smiled as she took out a blanket she had been working on, big enough for all her babies, waiting for Either Kira to come over for something, or the appointment.

A doctor came out Kira Ellis she called.

Hikari smiled as she took Kira into the Surgery room and stripped her naked as the female Surgeon entered. "Hello there sweety. I'm Doctor Sora. So then, I hear you want to be a kitty." The surgeon said kindly to Kira.

Kira looked up at Dr. Sora yeth Dw. Sowa i want to bi a pwetty kitty wike mi biwg sistew she lisped.

Dr. Sora smiled. "Well then, before we make you a kitty, would you like to be furry everywhere? Even where your diapee is?" She said as Hikari dosed one of Kira's sippy cups of juice with a knock-out drug for younger surgery paitents.

Kira nodded yeth pwease & I wike mi fuwr to be puwe white she said cutely.

Dr. Sora nodded as Hikari gave Kira her sippy cup. "Go ahead and drink then use your diapee okay." She said, diapering Kira thickly, as the juice also contained a diuretic and a laxative to empty her bladder and bowels for the surgery, without the use of catheters and enemas.

Kira nodded as she started to drink her juice ( When do you want the laxative to kick in?)

Hikari smiled.

Kira finished her juice & started to feel sleepy & looked at Hikari Kawi i fewl weally sweepy as her eyes started getting heavy.

Hikari smiled as she laid Kira down on the operating table. "It's okay, just go to sleep sweety. When you wake up, you'll be a kitty like me." She said as she rubbed Kira's tummy, trying to speed up the laxative and diuretic.

Kira went to sleep messing & wetting her diaper from the laxitive.

Hikari smiled as she waited for Kira to finish emptying her bladder and bowels.

Kiras diaper was completly full now as she finished messing.

Hikari waited for Kira to finish wetting, before removing her diaper and cleaning her up. Dr. Sora then began the procedure by surgically removing Kira's human ears and grafting white furred cat ears in place. SHe then removed Kira's human hand and replaced them with paws with opposable thumbs. Then she grafted the tail to Kira's backside, before rubbing in a quick growth fur serum all over Kira's body. The entire procedure took three hours.

Kiras new fur quickly started growing into a nice pure white color ( Does she have cat teeth too?)
